This draft describes software behavior and is not an approved legal notice. The deploying organization must identify the data controller, support contact, retention periods and employee notice obligations.

Data handled

The application stores organization memberships, employee profiles, punch events, leave, office records and configured salary preparation. Private files require authorization. It does not store biometric fingerprint or face templates.

Optional providers

Configured AI/transcription providers receive the data explicitly submitted to their features. Audio is processed temporarily. Email and object-storage providers must be configured and reviewed by the deploying organization.
